Portal Poem
Our stories are living portals that we work with, opening us to ourselves, allowing us to listen to the myriad voices within, and tuning us to the endless creative flow that belongs to humanity as a whole.
These stories, when brought to their quintessential essence, speak both of us and about all that is. They are the soil of our shared experience in this lifetime.
I created Poetry Within Circle to hold the delicate and fierce spirit that dances within us, that is seeking ways to communicate, guide, reveal, and integrate.
It's a space dedicated to a profound connection with ourselves through writing. It is a reflection on our lives — on the stories that have shaped who we are, and the ones we do not yet know, hidden in secret corners of our psyche.
It's a proposition to rewrite the stories we've been telling ourselves about who we are.
I am sharing with you the major tool that is guiding me and enabling me to know myself and continuously discover new inner territories — automatic writing.
The sessions will be structured for us to be able to drop into flow state and unlock our ability to enter various forms of creative meditation.
You will need a desk, a nice wooden floor, a velvety couch, or perhaps a cushion at the feet of a tree — a place where you feel sheltered and inspired. Bring a pen and fresh notebook, or your phone, tablet, laptop — any tool is sacred. The 'Notes' app on my phone is my personal favorite.
You do not need to have any previous experience or writing skills, this is a therapeutical exploration, a process of self study, and a way to access your deep knowledge.
