Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, currently found at nina-moore.com (the "Site"), and the memberships, coaching sessions, courses, and other services offered by Nina Moore, trading as "She Who Becomes" ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any offer described below, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any offer.

2. Who We Are

This Site is operated by Nina Moore, trading as "She Who Becomes." You can reach us at hello@nina-moore.com.

3. Our Services

We offer three types of paid services:

  • Memberships โ€” recurring monthly community access, currently "She Who Becomes" (see Section 4).
  • 1:1 Coaching โ€” individually booked coaching sessions, currently "A sitting" and "The Journey" (see Section 5).
  • Events โ€” individually purchased live gatherings, currently "Portal Poem" (see Section 5).

Availability, pricing, and features of any offer may change at any time; the current, authoritative pricing and description of each offer is shown on the Site at the time of purchase.

4. Membership Subscriptions โ€” Billing & Cancellation

Membership offers are billed on a recurring monthly basis:

  • She Who Becomes โ€” community membership, โ‚ฌ33/month.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@nina-moore.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for full detail.

5. Coaching Sessions & Events

We also offer individually booked 1:1 coaching and live events:

  • A sitting โ€” a single 90-minute session, โ‚ฌ85.
  • The Journey โ€” four 60-minute sessions, โ‚ฌ420.
  • Portal Poem โ€” a live writing circle, โ‚ฌ44 per gathering. This is a one-time purchase for a single circle; it is not a subscription and does not renew.

Coaching sessions are scheduled directly with us following purchase. Rescheduling and cancellation terms for individual sessions and events are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (โ‚ฌ) and are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current so that your subscription is not interrupted.

7. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, community spaces, or coaching relationship, including by harassing other members, sharing another member's content without consent, or attempting to access parts of the Site you are not authorized to use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site โ€” including writing, course materials, session frameworks, images, and branding โ€” is owned by Nina Moore or her licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

Our coaching, community, and written content are offered for educational, reflective, and personal-growth purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing, and should seek qualified professional support where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nina Moore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased offer is limited to the amount you paid for that offer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, a membership, or a coaching relationship if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site and cancel any membership at any time as described in Section 4.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that cannot be excluded by agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under the law that applies to you, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
